Party Equipment Rental Information:
- Late Spring/Early Summer is graduation season and availibility may be limited. Make reservations early in order to confirm equipment is available.
- Canopies/tents require Art's Rental staff installation and tear down. These delivery schedules are carefully coordinated shortly before a confirmed event date as reservations are continually changing.
- Canopy installation: it is the customer’s responsibility to know where all utility lines, pool lines, sprinkler lines or any underground service lines are located. Securing canopies requires driving up to 36” steel stakes in the ground. Please advise set up crew upon arrival of canopy or make prior arrangements with us if you are not available. We accept no responsibility for damages.
- Banquet tables offer the maximum seating space under a canopy, round tables offer the most comfortable conversation group seating.
- Reservations for canopies, barbeque & concession equipment require a non-refundable deposit.
- Do not cook under canopy & keep all fireworks away from canopy
- Customer is responsible for damages or vandalism to canopy and may incur charges accordingly
- Tables & chairs are garage delivery only. Delivery & pickup available for additional charge with minimum order amount. Please make arrangements accordingly
Customer is responsible for replacement cost of any and all linens with cuts, tears, severe stains or burns. Security deposit on linens is required and will be returned after all linens have been inspected for damage.
