General Policies and Procedures

**All Prices are subject to change without notice !!!**

After Hours:  All equipment must be returned during hours of operation.

Checks: Checks will only be accepted for final payment on return of equipment. Make checks payable to “Art’s Rental Service, Inc.”.  Customer must have a valid Michigan drivers license and a valid credit card - Master Card, Visa, AMX or Discover.  There will be a $15.00 returned check fee.

Credit: Open accounts may be established by filling out a credit application prior to rental.  Sorry, there is no instant credit.

Credit Cards:  Master Card, Visa, AMEX or Discover are the only cards accepted.  AMEX card holder must be present.

Deposits:  All deposits are credit card only (no cash or checks)- Master Card, Visa, AMEX or Discover.  Deposits are required for all rentals accept those customers that have an open account.  Deposits are based upon double the estimated rental rate. 

Fuel:  Equipment tanks are rented full and must be returned full.

Insurance: Once the equipment leaves Art’s Rental Service, Inc., property, it is the customer’s responsibility for fire, damage or theft insurance.  Some larger    equipment must have proof of insurance protection provided by the customer with Art’s Rental Service, Inc., listed as a beneficiary, before the rental.

Reservations: Equipment may be reserved prior to rental depending on availability.  We cannot hold the reservation longer than one hour after opening.  Every consideration is taken in trying to provide customers with the equipment when a reservation is made.

Pricing is not listed because it can vary depending on type of equipment and nature of its use.  Contact us and we will be happy to talk to you about it and give a quote.  Please note, quotes are not reservations.
